Handcrafted Asian Motif Copper Earrings with Danish Love Knots and Beautiful Green Jasper Stones
These handcrafted earrings feature an Asian motif of flattened, hammered, and shaped copper components coupled with Danish Love Knots of intertwined copper coils. The copper has been given a rich patina. There is a little wire wrapping connecting the top two components securely together.
Danish Love Knots represent the strong bond between two lovers, or any strong love relationship such as Mother to child, friend to friend, sister to sister , and on and on.I would say these somewhat international earrings cover all that’s wonderful in every culture!
The stones are a mottled green jasper and they are quite lovely and interesting!
The handmade French hook ear wires are made of 20 gauge gold filled wire. They have been hardened in a tumbler, and the little loops holding the earrings are soldered closed. There are little copper plated hematite stones on the ear wires.
The total hanging length is one and one half inches.
The widest point is the bar measuring one inch.
